"Make my own size" or "Cosplay commission" will take at least 2 weeks ~ 1.5 month to make the costume, please be patient until we are ready to ship your order!

A: Our shop located in Hong Kong, we are only working on online shop right now, we do not have an actual shop yet.
Do you ship to worldwide?
A: Yes, we do ship to worldwide.
What should I do after choosing "making my own size" in the size button?
A: After you have checked out from our website, there will be instruction for you.
Do you do commission order?
A: Yes, we do any of them. Please send us the pictures for the costumes you want to make. We will try our best to satisfy your cosplay desire and reply in details by emails.
What is the different between registered airmail and EMS postage service?
A: Registered airmail = airmail postage with tracking numbers, it normally takes 7-21 working days to arrive; EMS = Express with fully insurance, normally takes 3-7 working days.
Will I get any notification after my order get shipped?
A: Yes, you do. We will send you notification after we shipped your order. We normally will mark the custom note in a low value for the items value, so that you do not need to pay extra taxes possibly. And we will also tell you the tracking number and tracking address.
Can you help me to order some products those are not listed in the shop from Candy Sugar / Fancy Pocket in Japan?
A: Yes we can. Please let us know what do you want to order, and we will provide details to you.
Can I suggest some items that you guys should sell? I really think this is a chance of expand your shop market... such as some famous cosplay costumes... I really think you guys should do that!

Are you guys selling in-stock items? Or do I need to wait for them?
A: Most of our items are in-stock. Unless those category titles with "pre-order" or "tailor-made". Therefore, if you choose to buy items from us, your normally will receive them soon because we already have stocks in our warehouse and we can ship to you as soon as we can^^ For pre-order or tailor-made items, we need at least 2-3 weeks to process. Please be patient until we are ready to ship your order. "tailor-made" will takes 2 weeks to 1.5 months to get ready. Thanks for your attention.
